Battery monitoring system
Battery monitoring system (BMS) is a newly developed system that is fully operational on submarines around the globe. Our battery monitoring system is based on individual cell probes placed in the battery cells. The cells transmit the collected data to a central unit.
The BMS has been installed on the Archer class submarines of the Singapore navy. We have also equipped the Södermanland class submarines and the Gotland class submarines of the Swedish navy with the BMS. The submarines of Blekinge class which is being built today will also be equipped with the BMS.
